Can I return my online purchase in a Victoria's Secret store?
For a smoother return in the store, you can now start your return online! Simply choose the order containing the item(s) you would like to return from your Order History and select “Return in Store” as your Return Method when prompted. If you are having issues with the return page loading, please ensure the pop-up blocker is switched off. At this time, online purchase returns can only be accepted at stores in the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
If you do not see the option to start your return within your Order History, you can bring your item(s) and your order invoice to a Victoria's Secret or PINK store.
Orders returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in the original form and amount of payment. The 30 day timeframe starts from the date your order ships. At this time, online purchase returns can only be accepted at stores in the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Purchases made from 11/01/24 - 12/24/24 have until 1/29/25 to return.
