Will I receive a confirmation of my online order?
Thank you for shopping with us! We will keep you updated on the status of your order using the following email updates:
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will receive an Order Confirmation email within an hour after placing your order.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided within the email. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email.
NOT RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATIONS?
Please be sure to check the email address associated with your Victoria's Secret account, or check your Spam folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder. We also recommend checking your Deleted/Trash folder as the Confirmation Email may have accidentally been deleted.
If you are still unable to locate your Confirmation Email, please contact us so that we may verify the information on your account is correct and that you have not previously opted out of receiving Confirmation Emails.
