How do I make a gift return?
We offer several options to return your gift. Choose the options that works best for you below:
Purchases made from 11/01/24 - 12/24/24 have until 1/29/25 to return
STORE PURCHASE:
Gifts purchased at a Victoria’s Secret Store must be returned to a store. See our Store Purchase Return Policy, which also applies to gift returns. If you're not sure where the merchandise was purchased, check with your local store.
ONLINE PURCHASE:
Your return must occur within 30 days from the date your merchandise was shipped and otherwise meet our Return Policy Guidelines. If this is true, bring your item(s) and your order invoice to a store near you and we will gladly accept your return. Our store associate will then mail your return back. Please allow 21 business days for our Distribution Center to receive and process your return.
RETURN BY MAIL:
Print a Return Form and complete using your information. Then, follow our Return by Mail Instructions. Please allow 21 business days from the time you mailed it back for us to receive and process your return. Be sure to write down the return tracking number so you can check the progress of your return.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Within 30 days of purchase (or within 30 days of shipment for online purchases), merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise.
Refunds for returns made in-store typically process back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. If the store associate is not provided or able to locate proof of purchase and/or your order number contains all numbers and no letters the store will need to send your return back to the distribution center on your behalf. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition. We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. Price tags are not always included with online purchase and, therefore, are not required.
